BASE Summer Camp Registration & Refund Policies

Welcome to our Co-Ed Summer Camp for children ages 4.5 to 12.5 years old. Campers will be grouped according to the grade they will be entering in September 2025.

Camp runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Late Pick-Up is available, but you must speak directly with our Director, Fierra Green, to make arrangements.

Registration Details

• Registration Opens: May 1st, 2025

• A $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required online to secure your child’s spot.

• Space is limited in all BASE programs. Early registration is strongly encouraged to secure your preferred weeks.

Payments & Refunds

• Weekly session payments ($100/week) are due the Friday before each week of attendance.

• If registering for the full summer, payment in full is due by July 1st ($550).

• All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, except in the case of serious or prolonged illness/injury with a physician's note (deposit excluded).

• Failure to make timely payments may result in the loss of your child’s spot.

Important Notes

• Campers must have a completed health form and proof of immunizations on file before attending camp.

• We do our best to honor camper group requests, but grouping by grade level is required and specific camper pairing requests cannot be guaranteed.

• Late Pick-Up Fee: A $10 fee per child will be charged for pickups after 4:35 PM. Repeated late pickups may result in dismissal from the program.
